Drop In Advising 8/17-9/18
The Student Financial Service Center is exclusively offering drop in advising appointments from August 17 to September 18. Students can meet with an advisor on a first come first serve basis Monday through Friday, from 9am to 3pm. Phone, video call, and in person meetings are available.
Please note the university is closed Monday September 7.

UWM provides statistics on campus crime in its Annual Security Report and Annual Fire Safety Report. The report also includes personal safety and crime-reporting information for students and employees.

Subject: 2025 UWM Annual Security and Fire Safety Report is now available

Dear UWM Community:

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee 2025 Annual Security & Fire Safety Report is now available. The report contains crime data from the three previous calendar years and information about UWM’s safety and security policies and practices, including: timely warnings and emergency notifications, crime reporting and response, sexual violence policies and procedures, disciplinary policies and procedures, and fire safety and emergency preparedness. The report also contains information about crime prevention programming, including sexual assault, domestic violence, data violence and stalking, as well as alcohol and other drug prevention and resources. The Annual Fire Safety Report contains on-campus residential housing fire data from the three previous calendar years and important information about fire safety policies and procedures.

The report also is posted on UWM’s Safety webpage. Hard copies of the report are available in the Dean of Students Office, which is in the UWM Student Union, Room 345.
