One thing you’ll need to know is which version to download.<\/p>\n

To find out if you need the 32-bit or 64-bit version, follow these instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. On the bottom of your computer screen, there is a search box. Type “control panel”.<\/li>\n
  2. Click “system”.<\/li>\n
  3. Look for “system type” – You should see 32-bit operating system or 64-bit operating system<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  4. Go back to the Knowledge Base instructions<\/a>, and download the correct system type based on your computer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
