Cheryl Weber (Oneida)

GRADUATED! Masters in Administrative Leadership

Cheryl Weber is extremely humbled and honored to be the Dean of Students at the Indian Community School (ICS).  Her depth and breadth of experience and knowledge of ICS culture, students, staff and families is advantageous in this position.  As an educator it is extremely important to her that we create an atmosphere where students can grow spiritually, morally, emotionally, physically, socially, artistically and intellectually.

She obtained her Master’s degree in Education from Boston College in 1991.  In August of 1993, Cheryl began her professional journey at Indian Community School as a 3rd grade teacher, there she gained experience as a Reading Teacher and then Director of Instructional Support.  After 26 years in education, she is still passionate about the possibilities that can occur at ICS and is extremely proud of what has been accomplished thus far.  The past six years, Cheryl has been the chair of our PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support) committee. ICS has been recognized by the state as a School of Merit for five years.
