Macey Smith is from the great north wood's town of Boulder Junction. Macey comes from the Lac Du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians. Macey was born and raised in Boulder Junction and came to the Milwaukee area in 2014 to attend school at Carroll University. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2018 and is continuing her education at UWM to pursue a career in education. Macey is currently enrolled in the Master of Curriculum and Instruction program as a post-baccalaureate student. Macey looks forward to following in her parent's footsteps in becoming a prominent educator. Macey hopes her educational career leads to service and giving back to the Native American community.
