MMIP Movie: Bring Her Home

Following the film will the audience is invited to engage in conversation with Agnes Yellow Bear and Lenny Hayes.
Agnes, a Plains Cree Native from Kawacatoose First Nation, Saskatchewan, Canada, is an MMIR family member and advocate, owner of ReeCreations and an artist. Agnes speaks on the history of the MMIP movement focusing on “family first” perspectives of advocacy.
Lenny, an enrolled member of the Sisseton Wahpeton-Oyate of the northeast corner of South Dakota, is the owner and operator of Tate Topa Consulting, LLC. Lenny has extensive training in mental and chemical health issues that impacts the Two-Spirit/LGBTQ community as well as the Native American community. They provides information on Native men/ boys and two-spirit peoples impacted by this violence.
