Join us on Monday, April 23 for a “Stars in the Spring” program at UWM’s Planetarium. Learn about the wonders of the sky!
Meet at the Union Grind at 11:35 to walk over as a group to the Planetarium. BE ON TIME! The doors lock after the program starts so if you are not at the door by 11:45am, you will not be allowed in to the program—no exceptions.
The UWM Manfred Olson Planetarium is located at 1900 E. Kenwood Blvd. in the Physics building. Please arrive by 11:45am.
Optional Activity:
After the Planetarium program, you can walk over to the Union Art Gallery to check out the latest exhibit called the Radical Jewelry Makeover Project. Radical Jewelry Makeover (RJM) is a community jewelry mining and recycling project of Ethical Metalsmiths that uses donated jewelry. The project promotes positive social and environmental impacts of mining and jewelry production.
