SAC provides grant training at the beginning of each semester.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UW Credit Union Account is set up for all official UWM student organizations through SAC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other accounts may exist, contact your student organization advisor or <a href=\"mailto:ander675@uwm.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Steven Anderson<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other sources of funding\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wisconsin Space Grant Consortium (WSCG NASA)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NASA\u2019s representation in Wisconsin, responsible for distributing roughly $800,000 per year for educational initiatives spanning K-12, graduate studies, university research, faculty programs and support for student activities.<ul><li>UWM is a member institution so students can directly apply for fellowships (typically $3,000-$5,000\/year; must be U.S. citizens). Contact them directly for more information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--header\">Storage Space<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel\"><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel-inner uwm-u-clear\">\n<p>Student organizations can request a storage space from <a href=\"mailto:ander675@uwm.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Steven Anderson<\/a> each year.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--header\">Room Reservations<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel\"><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel-inner uwm-u-clear\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Room reservations at <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/union\/event-services\/make-a-reservation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UWM Student Union<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Room reservations at EMS\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Kulwicki Garage can be reserved on Outlook. Enter the Kulwicki Garage as the location for the meeting. You will receive a confirmation after the event is scheduled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other EMS Rooms (ie: E250, E280 back rooms, conference rooms, classrooms)- contact your student organization advisor or <a href=\"mailto:ander675@uwm.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Steven Anderson<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--header\">Food &amp; Beverages<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel\"><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel-inner uwm-u-clear\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Outside food and beverage can be used for events at EMS. You are responsible for setup and cleanup afterwards for all events held inside EMS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact <a href=\"mailto:2020-catering@uwm.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">20\/20 Catering<\/a> for food and beverages either inside or outside the UWM Student Union.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--header\">Communications<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel\"><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel-inner uwm-u-clear\">\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>CEAS website<\/strong> has a <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/engineering\/students\/current\/student-organizations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">student organization page<\/a> that describes each of the student organizations, and incudes student and advisor contact info. Contact <a href=\"mailto:boehmmm@uwm.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Steven Anderson<\/a> with updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Student Announcements<\/strong>. Email <a href=\"mailto:klumpp@uwm.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jennie Klumpp<\/a> with details, including a full description, a call to action (what do you want them to do?) and an image or attachment that may be helpful. <strong>No flyers please<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hang a <strong>poster<\/strong> in the EMS building. You are responsible for design, printing, posting and removal of your posters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EMS lobby display monitor<\/strong> can be used to promote upcoming events. Slides must be a png file that is 1920 x 1080 pixels.
