Fouad is a leading scholar on the career decisions of women in STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAcross all of her professional activities, Dr. Fouad\u2019s dedication to the advancement and inclusion of women, particularly women of color, in STEM, professional psychology, and academia has been notable and influential,\u201d the awards citation said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The American Psychological Association Committee on Women in Psychology honored UWM\u2019s Nadya Fouad as a Distinguished Leader for Women in Psychology at its convention August 6 in Minneapolis.
