Complete this form to request to drop a course after the published deadline.

Upload the following items before you submit your request.

  • Complete a Registration Change Form (PDF) and obtain the instructor’s signature on the form.
  • Appropriate documentation supporting your circumstance.

Upon receipt the appeals committee will review and if approved your advisor will submit the appropriate paperwork to the Registrar’s Office for processing of the drop. The appeal decision will be communicated to you via your UWM email address.

NOTE:

  • University policy prohibits drops/withdrawal of courses after the published deadlines due to poor academic performance.
  • An instructor’s signature on a Registration Change Form does not guarantee an approved appeal.
