DESCRIPTION:The School of Education and the Office of Dual Enrollment present\n4th Annual Future Educators Summit Be the Change: Embracing Your Role as a Revolutionary Educator\nFriday\, October 10\, 2025 9:00-2:00\nThis inspiring half-day event brings together high school juniors and seniors from across the region to explore the rewarding and impactful world of education. Through keynote speakers\, interactive panels\, and hands-on breakout sessions\, students will gain authentic insights into what it means to teach\, lead\, and serve in school communities today. This year’s theme\, Be the Change: Embracing Your Role as a Revolutionary Educator\, calls on future educators to recognize the challenges facing schools and students in today’s social and political climate and learn to embrace their role as agents of equity\, innovation\, and transformation. With opportunities to connect with current UWM students\, alumni\, faculty\, and community partners\, participants will leave empowered to envision themselves as part of the new generation of revolutionary educators.
