In this role\, she fosters a campus culture of inclusion and belonging\, in which diverse identities and voices are valued\, heard\, and fruitfully engaged. Drawing on her expertise in conflict transformation\, Sarah works closely with the Office of Equal Opportunity and Civil Rights to provide negotiated resolution processes. She also supports the Vice Chancellor of CEII to offer trainings and consultations on proactive and responsive conflict transformation strategies.
