Lynn Sevidy, a UWM School of Ed faculty member, is doing a project with English language learners -- children who've recently arrived in this country -- to help with their English by making picture books about their schools. She is working with them to take photos, paste them onto construction paper, write descriptions and make books, which will eventually be laminated. The group she's working with at Academy of Accelerated Learning includes four first-graders from Burma
