To continue in the undergraduate portion of an accelerated program, a student must have a 2.75 in their undergraduate coursework before they take any U/G courses for credit.
Prior to admission to the Graduate School, the required courses for the econ undergraduate major (103, 104, 210, 301 and 302) must be completed. Students in the graduate portion of their studies remain subject to the same academic standards as all other graduate students. See the sample study plan for an example of required coursework.
Those who do not continue with the accelerated program can continue their studies as regular undergraduate students and apply for the non-accelerated master’s degree.
