It starts with our New Employee training program which includes Serving it Safe, Sanitation and Hygiene, Knife Handling and Customer Service Policies. We do a scheduled walk through by our managerial staff to ensure we are adhering to our strict safety policies. All operations are regularly visited by the Health Department.
Our food sources have strict safety and handling procedures in place and are known to have impeccable records. Some examples include Markon fresh vegetables and Jones Dairy Farm breakfast meats. In addition to these measures, we wash all of our fresh fruits and fresh vegetables with natural ozone infused water which kills harmful bacteria.
For all student supervisor and full time staff it is required that each holds Serv Safe Certificate. We also have each of our managerial staff CPR certified.
