Our team of chefs, bakery staff and student staff follow tested recipes. The majority of our prepared food is prepared right in front of the customer to order. The “comfort food” items are, at minimum, prepared in our batch cooking concept (one pan at a time). We have also created our unique concept in deconstructing dishes and have the customer create their meal the way they want. We prepare the majority of our bakery and our entire grab n’ go menu daily in house. Our recipes use the freshest available ingredients including produce from our own gardens and local farms.
