Favorite thing about working for Restaurant Operations:
As I am a long-termer on this campus, with me being an alumni and a staff member, my favorite thing about working at this department is engagement with diverse student populations and seeing them grow their skill set in our kitchens and offices. Also, it is amazing to see how our full-time staff members utilize their years of diverse culinary experience and education to prepare amazing food creations and wow our guests. It gives me joy to be a part of this department and the ability to see how influential our department has become on this campus has been so rewarding.
Ethnic home-made cuisines, such as Russian, Mexican, or Italian, and soups, even in the summer!
