Bio

Hannah Evans is currently a Design and Visual Communication student who will be graduating with her BFA from the Peck School of the Arts at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Growing up in a log cabin on the countryside of Racine,WI with an entire family’s perspective centered around handmade craftsmanship, has propelled Hannah’s enthusiasm and innovation within her own artistic style.  Outside of furthering her skills in the Adobe Suite, she has spent time exploring other fields of art including printmaking, illustration, architecture, photography, writing and dance using them in her design aesthetic often. She is particularly interested in name and logo branding, user experience design, interior design and wayfinding event coordination. 

Outside of school, Hannah has partnered up for Morgan HR Consulting Ltd. to shape the companies logo design and website. She has worked as a community center’s membership representative where she promoted cooperation, participation and harmony within the company, which has strengthened her collegiality and professionalism in the team environment. Her experience, thus far, has increased her future desire for working collaboratively with a hands-on design firm. 

Hannah believes the ultimate goal of design is to create the appearance of elegance and simplicity. She prides herself on being an efficient and well-organized designer, who has a keen interest in proving her dedication and extreme standards in all design aspects. Hannah looks forward to the world of professional design in order to continue her passion as an inspiring designer.

Description

Alter Eco is an inspirational non-profit organization dedicated to conserving ecological succession, improving society’s community involvement and educating all ages about Upcycling through DIY workshops. Our team of well-trained instructors will take participants step-by-step through numerous DIY activities designed to ensure comfort, safety and creativity. Confident in society’s ability to innovate, Alter Eco works to assist in the process of evolution.

Mission

Alter Eco’s mission is to educate and inspire the community about innovative ways to improve the environment. It is our goal to incorporate hands-on projects with economic information in order to not only communicate what makes us different but to illustrate society’s capability for improving the way we reuse. Alter Eco is designed to improve the standard of living for our families and our communities through upcycling DIY workshops; we certainly can’t do it alone!

Vision

Our long-term goals include a future that combines hard work, dedication, and a team of excellence from every employee in order to create and own a studio space. It is critical, for the success of our company, that we sustain our brand by being attentive listeners, adaptive designers, and active participants in the community. We always aim to be extraordinary leaders who have close ties to donate our time for a welcoming environment that will alter the definition of growth.
