Bio

Lindsey’s craving for the artistic field began at a young age and never really went away. Her skill began with fine arts such as drawing and printmaking, and has evolved into a desire for using these skills digitally. During her college career she was a recipient of the Buick Achiever’s Award Scholarship and granted membership to the Golden Key National Honor Society. Lindsey’s inquisitive tendencies force her to explore new techniques and mediums with an open mind and a need for adventure. Her perfection of craft is driven by an excellent work ethic, devotion to the process, and creative critical thinking. That creativity is empowered by the positive inspiration of her daily life and new surroundings.

Jonah Mrozinski
Jonah is a nineteen year old sophomore at the Milwaukee School of Engineering pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering. On campus he’s involved in wrestling and has received multiple private scholarships for his academic achievements. Over the summer he was the Design Engineer Intern at NextEra Energy. He is from Manitowoc, Wisconsin but currently resides in the Milwaukee area. Jonah assisted with the development and design of the Cair prototype.

Ted Schmitt Jr.
Ted has worked as a chemist for Sigma-Aldrich Chemical Company in Sheboygan, WI for twenty-six years and is currently the Senior Chemist/Scientist for Research and Development/New Product Scale Up. He works with the R&D department and the customer to scale up the chemical manufacturing process for new projects. On the site they mainly deal with the development, production, and optimization of pharmaceutical intermediates for potential new drugs. He attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Manitowoc and Green Bay. Ted was involved in the research phase of the project and provided necessary research for the development of Cair.

Ryan Hynek
Ryan is twenty-five years old and is currently in the School of Information Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science and Technology with certificates in Digital Arts and Culture and Web Development and a minor in computer science. He began his college career pursuing computer science which gave him skills in HTML/CSS, Javascript, PHP, and C#. He grew up in Manitowoc, Wisconsin where he discovered his passion for computers which led him to a job with UWM Desktop Support for a period of time. He is now focused on graduating, traveling, and landing that dream job. Ryan assisted with research and design development by analyzing new ideas and predicting possible outcomes.
