Bio

I am a senior graphic design student at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Originally from Baghdad Iraq, I was born into a family of artists and so art making has been a big part of my life. I attended the fine art school in Baghdad, and studied film making for one year. But, due to security reasons, I had to leave Iraq. Attending school at UWM has been a great opportunity fo me to experience and experiment with art making. As a graphic designer in training, I lean toward (? I think?) experimenting in problem solving, which allows me to come up with new ideas that work. In addition, the graphic design community is very friendly and colorful, in which I’m very happy to be a part of. Never stop learning. Never stop creating.
