Description
Yo•sana is a non-digital solution for kids living in a digital age. Yo•sana is an interactive yoga book used in the classroom and at home, that uses video game-like rewards such as leveling up and achievement goals to encourage physical activity. Yo•sana teaches children the basics of yoga and encourages healthy physical habits to grow strong, flexible, and well rounded kids. Additionally, activities within the book help children build concentration, manage stress throughout the long school day and strengthen core muscles.
Mission
Yo•sana’s mission is to use yoga in the classroom and at home to spread healthy playful habits to children everywhere.
Vision
Our vision is to improve the well-being of young children and create healthy habits for the future.
