Need a break? Join us for a UWMindfulness Moment! We invite you to press “pause” with us and spend a mindful moment breathing, centering, and focusing on ourselves. UWMindfulness Moment is a drop-in guided mindfulness series open to the UWM community (students, staff, and faculty). All levels of experience welcome! Every week, we’ll spend 20 minutes practicing a new mindfulness technique together. Fall 2022 Sessions: Every Wednesday from 12:30-12:50 in Golda Meir Library E275 starting on 9/21/2022.
