Most break rooms/kitchenette spaces are located within office suites and used by one or two departments. They are generally small and should only be used by one person at a time. Employees using the space should sanitize the space before and after use.
Socializing and sharing food in such spaces can spread the virus and are strongly discouraged.
Larger break rooms or kitchenettes used by an entire building may not be available for use because of the challenges in maintaining appropriate cleanliness and sanitation.
