UWM operates a largely decentralized compliance structure, with development, coordination and oversight by UWM\u2019s Compliance &amp; Ethics Officer and institutional oversight by Executive and Steering Committees and Compliance Working Groups.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-card uwm-u-mb-40 uwm-p-card--gold\"><div class=\"uwm-p-card--body\"><div class=\"uwm-p-card--title\">Ethics Program<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-card--content\">Similar to its compliance program, UWM operates a decentralized ethics program, with development, coordination and oversight by UWM\u2019s Compliance and Ethics Officer. All staff are governed by UWM\u2019S Code of Conduct, with additional reporting and oversight for many staff through Outside Activities Reporting.
