The Community Building Workshop and Resource Exchange provides opportunities for our resilient and talented student body to come together to build mutual aid community on campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Community Building Workshops<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These workshops introduce participants to processes that promote effective interpersonal communication and strong social connections. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students who have completed community building workshops<\/a> in the past have said it is one of the most powerful experiences they have had at UW-Milwaukee, allowing them to authentically encounter themselves and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resource Exchange<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Resource exchange is a unique form of mutual aid in which members of a community share resources with one another in a way that strengthens community ties and individual well-being. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Combining community building and resource exchange enables participants to exchange their talents and time within the context of an evolving and caring community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
