In partnership with the Department of Human Resources, CEII supports the following employee-formed affinity groups committed to fostering an inclusive campus culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

African Diaspora Council<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The African Diaspora Council<\/a> (ADC) at UWM is an inclusive employee resource group that serves as an informational hub for faculty, staff, and students who are interested in engaging with and supporting the African diaspora community. ADC provides a space for mutual support, learning, and social engagement for all who are interested in its mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asian Faculty and Staff Association<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Asian Faculty and Staff Association (AFSA)<\/a> at UWM is an inclusive employee resource group that serves as an informational hub for faculty, staff, and students who are interested in engaging with and supporting the Asian American community. AFSA provides a space for mutual support, learning, and social engagement for all who are interested in its mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Latino Faculty and Staff Association<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Latino Faculty and Staff community at UWM is an inclusive employee resource group that serves as an informational hub for faculty, staff, and students who are interested in engaging with and supporting the Latino\/a community. LFSA provides a space for mutual support, learning, and social engagement for all who are interested in its mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Middle Eastern and North Africa (MENA) Affinity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Middle Eastern and North Africa (MENA) Affinity group at UWM is formed around a shared interest in MENA and a common appreciation of the various cultural, historical, and sociopolitical issues of this region. Additionally, it provides a space for mutual support, learning, and social engagement for all who are interested in its mission. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

WWHEL (Wisconsin Women in Higher Education Leadership)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a0UWM WWHEL chapter<\/a>\u00a0aims to positively impact the growth of current and aspiring leaders by providing professional development and networking opportunities.\u00a0All UWM employees in every job category who are interested in engaging with or supporting women in our workplace are invited to participate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
