Community Design Solutions (CDS) assisted the South Sixteenth Street Community Health Center (SSCHC) visioning future development options for a parcel of land adjacent to the South Sixteenth Street Community Center located at 2906 S 20th Street.

The process involved an on-site meeting with a representative from the SSCHC where preliminary information regarding the site was discussed and a tour of the site was conducted. Two design concepts were developed and reviewed, a single option was selected for refinement.
