Latinxs and Hispanics make significant contributions to the mathematical sciences while navigating challenges related to representation, access, and community building. In this talk, I will highlight the importance of fostering collaborations and creating spaces that support the success and visibility of Latinx and Hispanic mathematicians. I will share examples of initiatives that strengthen professional networks, mentorship, and research partnerships, demonstrating the impact of collective efforts.<\/p>\n
