Nicole Palasz

Nicole Palasz is a Program Coordinator with CIE’s Institute of World Affairs (IWA), where she develops global education outreach programs for K-12 educators and the broader community. She organizes professional development workshops and gatherings for K-12 educators on a wide range of global issues that connect Milwaukee and the world, from youth violence and human trafficking to food security and environmental sustainability. She also coordinates public lectures, film screenings and discussions to serve the campus and community. In her role at IWA, Nicole is actively involved in building community partnerships and collaborating on youth outreach programming. With a background in international human rights work, she holds Master’s Degrees from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
