Parent Portal

Introducing our Parent Portal:

The parent portal connected to our software system is activated and ready for you to try out! Yes, you are able to pay your bill online (via ACH transfer)! The link to the portal, along with a document explaining how it works, are below for easy access. Please note that the portal is attached to the primary email that you have on file with the Center. 

Please register for the portal and check it out. Going forward we will be asking you to verify your family information in the portal and relying less on paper forms. We welcome any questions and feedback you have about this and about the portal itself.

If you have a UWM email address and your invoices (and enrollment information) keep going to your Junk folder, below are the steps (from Campus Technology Services) to fix this. 

  • Mark emails/invoices fromEZCare as “safe.”
  • To do this, navigate to Outlook “Settings” (gear icon) and further select, “View all Outlook settings.”
  • From there, select Mail > Junk Email, and then navigate to the “Safe senders and domains” section.
  • Then add to the list of safe senders.
