Congratulations to our four students who were received Support for Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF)<\/a> awards this spring,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Reuben Fortier<\/strong> is working with Professor Saha<\/a> on a project entitled\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cCovalent Drug Discovery through Machine Learning\u201d<\/p>\n

Noah Geluk<\/strong> is working with Professor Blecking<\/a> on a project entitled \u201cInvestigation of Student Experiences in a STEM Literacy Course\u201d<\/p>\n

Kimberly Osborn<\/strong> is working with Professor Silvaggi<\/a> on a project entitled \u201cCloning, Expression, Purification, and Crystallization of a Putative N-acetyltransferase from Streptomyces caelestis\u201d<\/p>\n

Abdullah Rauf<\/strong> is working with Professor Frick<\/a> on a project entitled\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cNAD-Capped RNA in Metabolism\u201d<\/p>\n

The SURF program<\/a> is designed to foster faculty-student research collaborations, and funds work through which students have the opportunity to engage in thoughtful and progressively sophisticated work central to the overall research program of the principal investigator.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
