This year, Prof. Arnold received this award for his continuous support of undergraduate research enabling students to gain knowledge in the field of drug discovery and development. Since 2009, Prof. Arnold has mentored almost a hundred undergraduate students, which worked together with members of the Arnold Research Group developing new drug candidates for cancer, respiratory and cardiovascular diseases.
