Why I like Chemistry

Chemistry enables one to understand the reasons behind countless events and phenomenons in the nature and everyday life. Understanding the basic principles underlying the happenings shines light on the universe that we are living in. As chemistry studies the change of matter a lot, I like the chemistry continuously changing me as a scientist and a person.

Why I chose the Chemistry and Biochemistry Program at UW-Milwaukee

I was looking for the right group for me that matches with my research interests. Then, I found it!

Favorite things to do in Milwaukee

Going to the lakeside, going to a movie, farmers’ market visit.

Research Goals

To understand and utilize CVD-grown monolayer graphene and increase my instrumentation skills on nanomaterial
