UWM alumni are some of the brightest and most qualified at what they do, with over 80% staying in Wisconsin to work and live after graduation. We are proud of the positive impact UWM graduates have on our region and state. Build the Workforce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Every year more than 5,300 graduates fill the talent pipeline across industries and professions including the fastest-growing, highest-demand jobs. The vast majority of UWM alumni live and work in Wisconsin, contributing to the economic growth of our state and region. We are the most inclusive four-year institution in Wisconsin with the largest numbers of first-generation, students of color, active military and veterans, and LGBTQ+ community members learning and growing together to become the next generation of leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
