Invitation to a Town Hall

Dear Faculty and Staff,

Please join me and others for a virtual town hall meeting from 9-10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 13.

While the summer provides an opportunity for us all to catch our breath, the coming academic year already offers significant opportunities. I invite you to hear about campus updates and ask questions.

We will discuss:

  • Updates on enrollments and fall planning
  • Our research, partnership and philanthropy efforts
  • The value of our colleagues
  • Budget implications and safety

Several campus leaders will share information and will be available to answer your questions.

How to Ask a Question
Questions can be shared in advance or asked online during the live virtual town hall by sending to: uwm-townhall@uwm.edu.

When submitting your question, please indicate whether you would prefer to remain anonymous.

Accessing the Town Hall Meeting
Please join the town hall meeting here on July 13 at 9 a.m. Central Time. The same link can be used for viewing the meeting at a later time if you are unable to watch it live. Here are the steps to view a Microsoft Teams event.

A captioning function is available. For live viewing with an interpreter, please make advance arrangements with Amy Hogle in our Accessibility Resource Center. Please read this information from Microsoft to learn more about the captioning function.

The fall semester will be here before we know it. We’ll be ready with planning, optimism, and a clear vision for what lies ahead. I hope you will join us on July 13.

Best regards,

Mark A. Mone, PhD
Chancellor
