Invitation to a Nov. 15 Town Hall for Faculty and Staff

Dear Faculty and Staff,

Please join me and others for a virtual town hall meeting from 1-2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15.

The fall semester is well underway and this is a good opportunity to review where we are and what’s ahead. I invite you to hear about campus updates and ask questions.

We will discuss the following updates:

  • Interplay of our engagement and student centricity
  • Workplace climate and culture of care
  • Enrollment management & 2030
  • Budget news
  • Impact of diversity, equity and inclusion

Several campus leaders will share related updates and will be available to answer your questions.

How to Ask a Question

Questions can be shared in advance or asked online during the live virtual town hall by sending to: uwm-townhall@uwm.edu. When submitting your question, please indicate whether you would prefer to remain anonymous.

Accessing the Town Hall Meeting

Please join the town hall meeting here on Nov. 15 at 1 p.m. Central Time.

The same link can be used for viewing the meeting at a later time if you are unable to watch it live. Here are the steps to view a Microsoft Teams event.

A captioning function is available. For live viewing with an interpreter, please make advance arrangements with Amy Hogle in our Accessibility Resource Center. Read this information from Microsoft to learn more about the captioning function.

The fall semester has been full of activity with new and emerging developments. I hope you will join us on Nov. 15 to learn more.
