UW-Madison Hosts Virtual Book Talk with Melissa K. Scanlan

As part of its Human Rights Program, the University of Wisconsin Law School will host a virtual book talk with Melissa K. Scanlan, director of the Center for Water Policy, UW-Milwaukee. The discussion will be moderated by Professor Steph Tai, UW Law School.
