I am a Graduate Student in the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare, going for Community Organization & Leadership, with a Certificate in Non-Profit Management. My long-term dream job is to be an executive director of a non-profit organization; however, directly after receiving my master’s degree, I want to work as a case manager or a supervisor and work my way up to become an executive director.
My role at CPaRC is, but is not limited to, career advising, developing and presenting presentations, and supervising the career resource assistants. Some projects that I have been working on include creating presentations and supervising career resource assistants. The most helpful thing I have learned since starting to work for CPaRC is how inclusive and diverse our department is. Every single staff member wants the best out of one another, which allows us to grow and be the best we can be for students and alumni. I’ve used this office as a resource as a student, and I’m excited to join the CPaRC team!
