Career & Internship Fairs

The Career Planning and Resource Centers hosts several career and job fairs each year that provide you with the opportunity to recruit talented and career-ready UWM students and alumni for part-time, full-time, and internship positions. Our career and job fairs will support you in your recruiting efforts and increase your organization’s visibility on-campus.

 

Spring 2020 Career and Internship Fairs:

Education Career Fair - Feb. 29, 2020

All pricing includes a recruiting table for 2 employer representatives, continental breakfast, snacks and 1 parking pass.

If you register and pay by December, 2019 you will receive the early bird rate of $75 off.

UWM’s Summer Job Fair is a great opportunity for you to meet with students looking for summer employment. Whether you are looking to fill part-time, full-time, or internship positions, this fair is for you. Positions that are available to begin now and those that extend beyond the summer months are also invited to attend. We are looking for employers that have open positions that can help students gain employment experience and strengthen their resumes.

Deadline to register is 3/24/2020 or if room capacity is reached before the deadline date.

  • Priority placement of table/display at career fair ($100)

Parking at UWM
You will be provided with one reserved parking pass per two representatives to park in the UWM Student Union.  Please follow these instructions to use your Pass Card:

  1. Enter the garage from E. Kenwood Blvd
  2. The entry to the driveway has two lanes, use the left lane only. NOTE: Ignore the FULL sign if lot is full, a space has been reserved for you
  3. Stop at the Pass Card reader
  4. Swipe the striped portion of the Pass Card completely through the card reader slot with the stripe facing the red arrows
  5. Be sure to swipe the entire card without stopping
  6. When the gate arm rises, enter and park in any available space on either level
  7. Upon exiting, repeat step 4. If card is designated as ‘Entrance Only’ then remit your Pass Card to the cashier and pay the determined amount.
  8. The Pass Card is valid only on the date noted on the card and WILL NOT work on any other date.
