Aldo Leopold, one of the founders of modern ecology, wrote that we should not see the land as a thing that belongs to us, but as a community to which we belong. How could such a radical shift come about in our tech-driven world?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This 40-minute presentation uses stories, sound, and vivid imagery to explore what an ecological culture might look like, and how we can bring the power of the arts to deepen our relationship with nature. The program invites educators, artists, and anyone with a passion for nature to explore embodied, intuitive practices for ecological education, enrichment, wellness, and advocacy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The presentation will be followed by a 60-minute workshop in various practices to relax your body, open your senses, and refresh your friendship with the living world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
