The National Humanities Center is currently accepting applications for yearly and semester-long fellowships to be completed in-residence at their center in North Carolina. Scholars with a PhD (or equivalent scholarly credentials) from across the globe and in all areas of the humanities are encouraged to apply. Fellowships include private studies, in-house dining, and superb library services that deliver all research materials. You can find information on current Fellows and their research here.
The National Humanities Center is the only independent institute devoted entirely to advanced study in the humanities and offers up to forty residential fellowships each year to distinguished scholars. Applications are due October 17, 2018. Apply online here.
