Are you responsible for motivating your team, driving results, and creating sustainable competitive advantage for your organization? The Strategic Leadership Series will help you meet these challenges head-on!
For close to two decades, the Strategic Leadership Series has provided rising leaders in some of the Midwest’s leading companies with knowledge, skills, and access to peer networks to help you do more, be more, and LEAD in today’s challenging business environment.
Learn through a hand-on approach, emphasizing immediate application of the skills you develop during the program. Over the course of the program, you will identify a specific challenge, create a strategy to address that challenge, and take steps to implement their strategy to make an immediate impact in your team/organization, receiving feedback throughout from our expert faculty. You will also engage in competitive business simulations and case studies to apply, practice, and receive feedback in a neutral environment, instilling confidence as you take your new knowledge into the workplace.
