Online – Strategic Decision-Making Simulation
March 11 @ 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Sponsored by Executive Education
Overview
Leaders face challenging decisions every day that have real-world, bottom line consequences The ScrimmageSIM-Strategic Decision Making Simulation provides an opportunity to practice making these decisions in an environment without the consequences — yet all the feedback and learning. Participants will work within a team to create a strategy, make decisions regarding pricing, marketing, supply chain, production, financials, sales, and capital investments, and most importantly see the results of those decisions. An Enterprise Resource Planning system engages the learners to get “hands on,” working with data in a way that replicates real-world decision making.
Session Objectives
In this highly interactive simulation, you will:
- Test your business acumen by running a simulated business in a no-risk environment, gaining real-time feedback on decisions you make related to pricing, marketing, production, finance, etc.
- Develop an understanding of how you react, lead, make decisions, and adjust strategy when working within ambiguous and changing market conditions
- Gain confidence to engage with data within the context of your business
- Gain hands on practice using an Enterprise Resource Planning system.
