Douglas Brodzik (’73 BBA, ’77 MBA) has been named Senior Vice President-Commercial Real Estate Banking at First Business Bank. He has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate lending.

Mary Ellen Michaelson (’98 BBA) has been named a Shareholder with Vrakas CPAs + Advisors. She has been with the firm’s tax group for 21 years. Her new role will include providing leadership in the firm’s small business accounting department.

Sumeeta A. Krishnaney (’00 MBA) is an Attorney in the Trusts and Estates Section at von Briesen & Roper SC. She concentrates her practice on estate planning, including special needs planning and guardianships, charitable estate planning, and business succession planning.

Debra Kurtz (’00 BBA) has been named a Managing Partner at EWH Small Business Accounting. She serves as the firm’s human resources administrator, and advises small business owners on business and personal finances, tax planning and tax preparation, and payroll.

Andrew Vik (’04 BBA) has joined BSI Group America Inc. as an Account Manager in the firm’s assurance stream. He is responsible for growing BSI’s portfolio of clients around management system certification, training and audit solutions in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan and Minnesota.

Kyle Kees (’06 BBA) has been promoted to Vice President at Waukesha State Bank. In his new role, Kyle will be responsible for helping shape the commercial banking department’s sales culture, business development, and market visibility.

Joseph Hastreiter (’08 BBA) is the Marketing and Sales Director at EWH Small Business Accounting, where he helps educate business owners and their teams on the essential skills and tools required to grow their business.

Kathryn J. Dunn (’88 BA, ’09 MBA) has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, where she has served in leadership positions since 2011.

Jason Eggert (’10 BBA) has joined the Old National Bank corporate banking team in Milwaukee as Vice President. He will lead ONB’s efforts in growing and managing corporate relationships with debt needs in excess of $5 million.

Aaron Henry (’14 MBA) has joined Old National Bank’s wealth management and private banking team as a Private Banker. He has more than three decades of financial services and wealth management experience.

Karen Nelson (’17 EMBA) has been named Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Rogers Behavioral Health. Karen also serves on the Governor’s State Council in the Bureau of Equity and Diversity.

Michael Moe (’19 BBA) was recently promoted to Business Development Coordinator at Greenfire Management Services. He assists in the development and implementation of strategies to identify, pursue and secure new construction opportunities across diverse market sectors.
