Auditioning for the 2020 WSMA State Honors Music Project in woodwind, brass or percussion? Let faculty artists in the Peck School of the Arts help you prepare, practice and perfect your audition pieces during our UWM Clinic Day, exclusively for ambitious, WSMA-bound high-school musicians.
Clinic Day student musicians receive
- Tips and strategies for taking auditions,
- Performance feedback from clinic directors,
- Discussions & demonstrations of the 2020 WSMA State Honors Music Project audition materials,
- Networking opportunities with the Peck School’s woodwind, brass & percussion faculty, who teach students in our conservatory-style music program and perform regularly with ensembles, symphonies and touring musicians in Milwaukee, Chicago and beyond.
The UWM Clinic Day is free and open to any music student who qualifies for a WSMA State Honors Music Project audition in woodwind, brass or percussion. Please register online to reserve your spot ASAP. On-site registrations will be accepted until 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 18, or until all spots are filled.
