
UWM Symphony Orchestra Season Finale: Clippert, Price & Dvorak 8

The UWM Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Jun Kim, concludes its season with Mozart’s Flute Concerto No. 1. featuring the award-winning flutist and UWM professor Jennifer Clippert. The concert opens with Colonial Dance by Florence Price, the first African American woman to be recognized as a symphonic composer, and ends with the Bohemian folk music-inspired Symphony No. 8 by Antonin Dvorak.
