Additional Equipment
We will need the use of both the Music Recital Hall and ACL 120 for the event, 7:30 AM - 6 PM. "Reception" will be coffee and pastries provided to registrants in the lobby of the recital hall. We will need both Steinways onstage in the recital hall, and the piano in ACL will need to be tuned. We will need AV equipment/mics and house personnel to help us with set up for the event, and to assure that the projector works properly, so that we may use PP presentations in our workshops.
Comments
Registration should be set up for online payment through the box office, and online registration by teachers and their students. We may need to limit the number of students in each grade level for the adjudicated sessions. We can work out that detail later. Contact/faculty manager for the event is Peggy Otwell, Music Faculty, otwell@uwm.edu This is a program made possible through a Vilas grant.
