Artists Now! Guest Lecture Series: Jennifer Gradecki
Jennifer Gradecki is an artist-theorist who investigates secretive and specialized socio-technical systems, including financial instruments, dataveillance technologies, social media misinformation and disinformation. Gradecki has presented and exhibited at venues including Ars Electronica (Linz), ISEA (Barcelona), National Gallery X (London), NeMe (Cypress), Athens Digital Arts Festival, International Symposium on Computational Media Art (Hong Kong), and Piksel Festival (Bergen). Her research has been published in Leonardo, Big Data & Society, Visual Resources,and Leuven University Press. Her artwork has been funded by Science Gallery, NEoN Digital Arts Festival, and MediaFutures.
