Perry S. Granof is pleased to announce the recent publication of the book, Resolving Insurance Claim Disputes Before Trial, published by the American Bar Association (ABA), in which he authored the chapter entitled: “Introduction to Alternative Dispute Resolution in International Business Transactions.” This is the second book in which Mr. Granof has served as an author, having previous co-authored, co-edited, and served as the principle coordinator of the book entitled: The Global Directors and Officers Deskbook, published by the ABA in 2014. Mr. Granof serves as an expert witness, consultant, and arbitrator/mediator on insurance coverage, specializing in Directors & Officers and Professional Liability, Financial Institutions, as well as domestic and international exposures.
He graduated with a B.A., Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Mr. Granof is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Washington State Bar, the ABA, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, where he attained his Fellowship designation in International Arbitration (FCIArb). He previously served as the Chair of the Dispute Resolution, the Professionals’ Officers’ and Directors’ Liability Insurance, and the International Committees of the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section. He currently sits on the Executive Board of the North American Chapter of the Charter Institute of Arbitrators and serves on the Dispute Resolution Section Board of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
