Congratulations to Dr. Gladys Mitchell-Walthour who is the recipient of the 2017 Fromkin Grant and Lectureship for her proposal “Black Brazilian Social Justice in the Digital Age.” Dr. Mitchell-Walthour will be the 48th annual lecturer in this program of research in human rights and social justice. We look forward to her fall lecture on the work of Brazilian Youtuber activitists.
