Message from Provost Britz regarding the incoming Director of Academic Advising:

Bill Hebert, Jr. has accepted the position, which is funded through a grant we received from UW System, and will join UWM on January 17, 2017. Bill comes to UWM from UW-Marathon County where he was the Assistant Campus Dean for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management. He has more than 20 years of progressive leadership in higher education. I thank the Search and Screen Committee, chaired by Associate Professor Margaret Noodin, for their hard work and diligence in identifying a strong pool of applicants.
